Lonell Nolen-Director

Mr. Nolen is a graduate of the University of Arizona. He has been involved with
youth for the past 26 years. He has held positions as Youth Counselor, Mentor
Program Director, Child Welfare and Attendance Worker, and Welfare to Work Instructor. His strategy of, " Talking to our youth-not at them," works quite well.
He has written plays and short booklets on dysfunctional family issues. He
spends time in the homes of troubled youth through out the United States via
our In-Home Inspection Service. Mr. Nolen is truly an asset to any family dealing
with inappropriate behavior by boys and girls.

Dr. George Johnson- Asst. Director

Dr. George Johnson is truly an inspiration to the many youth who have come through our program. He received a Doctorate of Divinity 5 years ago. He has devoted his life to changing minds mentally and spiritually. His background certainly proves that he has come a long way to pastoring a church and working with troubled youth. His past consist of being an Gang Intervention Program
Director, Crisis Intervention Counselor, Chaplain for the County, and currently
Asst Director of our Behavior Modification Program.
He is truly an asset to any child entering our program.

                            Sgt. Jerry Jackson-Drill Instructor
__________________________________________________________________________________

Sgt. Jackson has truly made a diiference in the lives of hundreds of youth who
have been through our boot camp. Just the sound of his voice has brought chills
to some of the youth who have attended our camp. Sgt Jackson spent 27 years
in the military training our troops in boot camp. His desire and focus to see our
youth become positive and productive is unwavering. He has the youth up at
6:00am doing exercises. He continues this strategy throughout the day. The
youth are good and tired by the end of the day. They are responsible for each
other. If one gets out of line, they may all have to exercise. This teaches the
kids to function as a team. He is truly to be commended for his efforts.

                            Carmen Reyes-Behavior Specialist
__________________________________________________________________________________
Mrs. Reyes is our Behavior Specialist. She has a degree in Psychology.  She
truly has a way of getting youth to open up. This is a plus for us because many
kids arrive at our program not wanting to communicate with adults. Mrs Reyes
has a technique second to none. The youth are soon talking and expressing
their issues. We truly could not function without her.

We also use a host of interns from the Psychology School. There are also
community individuals like former prison inmates, correctional officers, and
funeral directors who come in and talk to the youth.
